How to Win the Feeling of Fatigue at Stressful Situations?

Stressful situations are our everyday moments and something that can make us pretty tired and fatigue. Even though it seems difficult to avoid and get rid of this unpleasant feeling, there are some tricks that can help in those situations.
Close Your Eyes
Take a few minutes for “dreaming”.  Imagine you are some elsewhere where you do feel relaxed, as beach or green Mountain and imagine doing something calming as riding.  Redirecting the thoughts from the stressful situations you’ll feel more relaxed and will avoid feeling tired of the real situation.

Breathe Deeply
Take a deep breath when you feel fatigue. Do it in a way you feel even the stomach filling up with the air. Take a time to feel the chest and the stomach during breathing in and out. Take 10 cycles of breathing in and out and do it every time more deep than the last one.

Relax the Muscles
This exercise has a tension and relaxation of the muscles during the unpleasant situation. Even if you are sitting you can do this exercise with your legs. The trick is that you do stretch and relax the muscles of the toes, legs, stomach, chest, arms, shoulders, neck and even face muscles. It need time to do it all but trust me – it works!
